This agreement governs the general purchasing conditions of the various products offered on this webpage by Gamo Outdoor, S.L.U. (hereinafter, GAMO) holder of NIF nº B85225282, with registered office in Carretera Santa Creu de Calafell No. 43, (08830) Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona – Spain).
Important: The purchase of compressed air weapons, their components and ammunition are governed by law by the different governments of European Union countries. All the products sold via this webpage are in compliance with Spanish law. GAMO sells its products via this webpage for use solely within Spanish territory. The CLIENT acknowledges that the export or re-export of any of the products acquired or sold via this site to other countries, especially those prohibited by the applicable law on import and export controls, may be illegal.
Orders may only be placed via this webpage by persons aged over 18. The CLIENT acknowledges being of legal age and having sufficient legal capacity to be bound and specifically to purchase and use the products acquired whose legal use is confined to Spanish territory.
They buyer declares that they will comply with all and any formalities required by Spanish law for the type of product in question at all times. GAMO shall not be liable for any infringement of the Spanish or EU laws governing the contract and products purchased by the client.

- Prices and taxes
In consideration for the product acquired, the CLIENT expressly accepts to pay to GAMO at the time of purchase the sums specified on the price list shown on the website www.gamo.com for the chosen products.
The products offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) that is INCLUDED in the prices listed for each product.
Shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the products.
Once the products have been selected and the order confirmed and prior to making payment, the final purchase price will appear on the screen, and includes the VAT, handling, packaging and shipping expenses, if any, which will be shown on the purchase order and the bill at the time of purchase.
It does not include any item not specified as included in the description .
- Purchasing procedure
The webpage describes all our products individually. The procedure for making and handling the purchase is shown on the webpage, following the steps below:
- Choose the desired product.
- When selecting a product, it can be added to the Shopping Cart and the client can continue to shop or process the order.
- If this is the first time you are using our website, you need to complete a registration form with your personal data and create a personal user account to process the order . For this process you will need to provide a copy of your DNI or any document that is legal proof of age (driving licence, passport, etc.). Once this step is completed, you will receive confirmation of your successful registration at the email address you have provided. If you are already a registered user, just enter the username and password you created for the first purchase to proceed. The username code and password are personal and belong to the person who registered, who shall be solely liable for their safekeeping. You can manage the information we have and modify or update your data using your account.
- The order showing the articles selected one by one will then be checked and the total price calculated.
- It is also necessary to provide the billing and delivery addresses for the purchase.
- Once this process is complete and before sending the order, you will need to:
- Check the box to expressly state that the CLIENT is of legal age.
- Check the box to confirm you have read and accept the terms and conditions of sale.
- The webpage shows the systems available for making payment in accordance with the method chosen.
- Once the payment details have been entered, the client must confirm the order by pressing the “Purchase” button.
- After pressing the “Purchase” button, the product will be delivered after checking that the user’s registration details demonstrate the buyer is of legal age.
The CLIENT is aware that the photographs and descriptions of the products on the webpage are an approximate image of the products and services offered and that they may differ from the original. The descriptions and illustrations of the products offered on this webpage are solely for information purposes.
- Availability and delivery
GAMO only delivers products offered in peninsular Spain and the Balearics.
Orders will be processed once payment is received correctly.
The products offered by GAMO are always subject to availability, as specified on our Website for each product. Should any item not be available, the client will be informed of this lack of availability. Under normal conditions, all the products appearing on our Website are available for delivery within the timeframes shown.
When a product is out of stock after being ordered by the CLIENT, they will be duly informed and offered an alternative product with similar characteristics as to price and quality to the one purchased. If the CLIENT is not interested in accepting the alternative, GAMO shall return any sums paid and inform them of the steps and timeframe of the reimbursement.
As a general rule, the maximum delivery time to the address will be 48 hours from time of the purchase and confirmation of payment. These delivery times are approximate and under no circumstance are binding upon GAMO.
Deliveries are made on workdays (Monday to Friday). The CLIENT is advised to indicate their time preferences for the delivery in the Comments section when filling in the details of their order .
The product will be delivered by the carrier to the address shown on the purchase order, together with a delivery note to be signed by the client as acknowledgement of receipt. In addition, the CLIENT will be duly advised if any incident occurs or if delivery is delayed for any reason.
Should delivery to the address not be possible due to the absence of the addressee, the carrier will contact the CLIENT directly to agree on a delivery time or on collection of the package at the appropriate branch office or giving instructions on how to proceed. If the delivery period has expired and you have not collected your order, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be sent an email indicating how to carry out final delivery. In the latter case, the shipping expenses will be borne by you.
Should delivery be impossible due to an incorrect address, the cost of re-shipping the order will be borne by the CLIENT.
GAMO is not liable for any delay in deliveries of products purchased when the cause is attributable to the carrier. To keep the CLIENT informed at all times of the handling of the purchase, they will receive an email confirming the order and payment.
The CLIENT can also check the status of their order by sending an email to email@example.com.
- Payment and payment periods
The credit cards shown on the website are accepted as a form of payment. The transaction is carried out by connecting directly with the bank via its payment gateway.
GAMO will be unaware of your credit card details. All our payment systems are fully secure.
Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email.
Payments are prior to delivery of the product and therefore GAMO will not supply the product ordered until such time as it has received payment of same. GAMO reserves the right to temporarily or definitively cancel delivery of the products in the event of any incident involving payment of same.
Upon making payment, you will receive the bill for your purchase in PDF format at the email address you have provided when processing the order. The original will be given to you together with the product purchased at the time of delivery.
The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of any notifications and informing us of any modification to their details, and GAMO will accept no liability due to this circumstance.
All our products are subjected to quality controls and are warranted against faulty manufacture for a 2-year period as from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defect in manufacture, design or materials, although you must report non-acceptance within a period of 14 days as from becoming aware of same. The warranty only covers faulty products. It does not cover damage, improper use or any others not attributable to a supplier or product defect. During the warranty period the CLIENT may return the product and we will repair or replace it. Shipping costs arising from returns under warranty will NOT be borne by the CLIENT.
The warranty document is the purchase receipt.
Returns or product changes will only be accepted in the event of manufacturing defects, damage during shipping or delivery errors.
The deadline for requesting a return is 2 months as from the consumer realising the product is non-conformant in the case of faulty manufacture and 2 months as from receipt of the product if damaged during shipping or delivery errors.
Returns must include the packaging and all accessories. Prior to acceptance, the existence of defects or anomalies in the manufacturing or packaging together with inadequate or negligent use, handling or storage will be verified. Products will always be accompanied by the appropriate delivery note or bill.
In the event of a return due to a manufacturing or packaging defect or any error in the order, the CLIENT will be offered, if possible, repair of the item or replacement with an alternative at no additional cost and without any right to compensation on the part of the CLIENT. Expenses arising from shipping the repaired or correct order will be borne by GAMO.
In any event, the return will be subject to GAMO first examining the condition of the product returned and verifying that the requisites necessary under these terms of sale have been complied with. Once the return has been received and if applicable, we will refund the sum paid within a maximum of 14 days and under the same terms as used for making payment.
GAMO reserves the right to reject returns reported or shipped after the deadline or any products not in the same condition as when received.
Returns will be managed by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the reasons and causes alleged for the return. It is also necessary to include the name and surnames and reference number of the order. Once the request has been received, we shall process it accordingly.
- Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without having to justify the withdrawal.
This withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days as from the day either you or a third party, other than the carrier, took material possession of the items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at Gamo Outdoor, S.L.U. Consequences of withdrawal:
Should you decide to withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you including the delivery expenses (except any additional expenses arising from your choosing a different delivery method to the less expensive ordinary delivery method we offer) without undue delay and at the latest, 14 calendar days as from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will send the refund using the same payment method used by you for the original transaction, unless you expressly instruct us otherwise; you will incur no expenses as a result of this refund.
We may retain this refund until we receive the items or until you present proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
You must return the items to Gamo Outdoor, S.L.U., Carretera Santa Creu de Calafell, No. 43, 08830 Sant Boi de Llobregat without undue delay and within 14 calendar days at the latest as from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This deadline will be considered met when the items are returned before said period has expired.
You will be liable for any reduction in the value of the items resulting from any handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the items.
- Perfection of the contract and modification of services
This contract is perfected by payment of the product and shipping to the CLIENT with a confirmation email containing a description of the purchase.
GAMO reserves the right to modify in any manner any of the characteristics and conditions of its services to improve them and benefit the CLIENT.
- Obligations of the parties
GAMO undertakes to supply the CLIENT with the products and services acquired, using due diligence in providing the service and safeguarding the necessary facilities for operation of its online store, for which purpose it has adequate technical and IT equipment and to manage the logistics, shipping and delivery of the purchase by means of the carrier.

The CLIENT undertakes to use the services at their disposal in good faith without infringing any laws or third-party rights and to pay for the product selected in the manner and at the time set forth in these sales conditions and upon receipt at the place indicated for delivery.
GAMO does not guarantee that the availability of the services of its online store will be continued or uninterrupted due to circumstances caused by Internet issues, breakdown of IT devices or other unforeseeable circumstances. The CLIENT therefore accepts to tolerate these circumstances within reasonable limits and expressly waives any claim against GAMO for any contractual or extra-contractual liability for any failures, errors or use of the service.
All and any notices between the parties shall be preferably via email. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of any notices and informing GAMO of any modification to their details, and the latter shall not bear any liability arising from this circumstance. In the event of a modification, the CLIENT must inform GAMO by email or by calling the telephone numbers appearing on our webpage.
- Commitment, acceptance and validity of the contract
The CLIENT acknowledges they have understood all the information regarding the products and services including, if applicable, the terms of delivery as presented on our webpage, together with all the conditions and stipulations contained in this electronic contract, including those relating to legal regulations covering the purchase and use of the products and their territorial limits and attests that they are sufficient to exclude any error in consenting hereto and therefore expressly accepts same in full.
The CLIENT is fully aware that the acceptance and execution of this contract shall take place by providing their data and by pressing the “Purchase” button on our webpage and perfected by payment of the service.
- Applicable law
This contract is commercial in nature and shall be governed and construed pursuant to Spanish law.
Should any type of discrepancy or dispute arise between the parties as to the construction, content or execution hereof which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties shall submit to the competent courts.
